Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous               
consent that CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD)                         
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska              
limiting the rights and protections of prisoners to those required             
under the Constitution of the United States, be held in third reading          
on reconsideration until the April 18 calendar.
